Though we are all very much the same, we can also be very different in our physical needs. The needs of an arthritic middle aged woman are a far cry from that of a twenty year old training for a marathon. In this class we learn important details about our bodies, how they function and what they need to stay healthy. We also ascertain what sort stretching & exercise would be the most beneficial for each individual person.
