Learn about different flours and ingredients used in gluten-free baking. Learn how to use them to get your baked goods to turn out the way you like them. We’ll taste some goodies to introduce you to different flavors.
Led by: Sandy Nelson, Specialty Cooking. Sandy would like to share her passion for cooking with everyone. She enjoys meeting the challenge of working with new grains and making gluten-free delicious, nutritious and enjoyable.
