What is the Classroom?
The Classroom is Sno-Isle Food Co-op’s community space. Everyone is invited! Our classroom is intended to be used as a resource for education and creation. Guest instructors provide a variety of classes, from kimchi making to herbal medicines. If interested in hosting a class or event at The Co-op, please review our Frequently Asked Questions before submitting a Classroom Request Form.
How much does it cost to rent the classroom?
The Classroom is a free to use space, however we do suggest a donation be made to a Snohomish or Island County non-profit.
What is the max capacity?
Our humble classroom will seat at most 25 people. If the event is more hands-on and requires folks to be sitting at tables, limit to 12.
Does it have to be a class?
Absolutely not. We would love to host your non-profit group meeting, a board game night, or any sort of arts & crafts event. Let creativity be your guide!
Will you help advertise my event?
The advertising the co-op can do will also be decided fluidly based on turn out, community relevance, and the overall strength of our collaboration.
Do my attendees or I need to be a co-op member?
Of course not! The co-op is for everyone.
Can The Co-op provide ticket/registration sale outlets?
Sno-Isle Food Co-op is not responsible for the generation of ticket sales, though we will link your ticket outlet to our website. Our past instructors have used Brown Paper Tickets or Eventbrite.
