Immune System Health: Tips from the Co-op

Sno-Isle Food Co-op is diligent in its’ prevention of spreading illness. As a public space, we are providing additional protective barriers (gloves), sanitizer, and wipes. Our staff is wiping down high trafficked surfaces 5 times a day, in addition to regular cleanings. As always, we are encouraging staff to stay home if not feeling well. We will continue to be proactive to ensure the health of our community.  Find additional resources and tips below.

What are things we can all do?

-          Wash hands frequently

-          Avoid handshakes, use one of the many other greetings like toe taps.

-          Avoid touching high traffic surfaces

-          Avoid touching your face

-          Stay home if not feeling well

Boost your immune system with these vitamins and supplements:
