Herbally Strong: Support Your Frazzled Nerves

Learn techniques that will give you the tools to handle stressful events that pop up out of nowhere. We will discuss herbal remedies that help to reduce stress, practice a few massage techniques, and relaxation methods to help manage and reduce stress on the body, mind, and spirit. You will leave confidently with tools to help weather the storm. We will sample medicinal remedies, aromatherapies, and take home recipes after this workshop.

This is a 1 hour class and has a materials fee of $20.
