The Interfaith Family Shelter

The Interfaith Family Shelter is a main emergency shelter located in downtown Everett. It can accommodate up to 11 families with children at any time. Clients receive about 90 days of shelter and basic needs resources, including meals, showers, personal hygiene kits, and laundry services.

purrfect pals

This cat adoption and rehabilitation programs help us place homeless cats, including those with special needs, in loving homes. They believe that every cat is adoptable; some just need more time than others to find the right match. Their ultimate goal is to place them with adopters but some might need a skilled foster family in the meantime. They also have room at their main campus sanctuary where the cats can stay close to our staff for daily care.  They home 100+ cats at this time.

Girls on the Run offers programs designed to inspire girls of all abilities to recognize and embrace their inner strength and make meaningful connections with others. Trained coaches use physical activity and dynamic discussions to build social, emotional and physical skills while encouraging healthy habits for life.

The mission of the Everett Recovery Café is to be a safe, healing community for individuals in recovery from the trauma of homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges and to empower long-term transformation through human connection. Their space is beautiful to show our Members they are deserving of a beautiful, safe, drug and alcohol-free space. We are a loving community in order to anchor our Members (closely-supported consumers) in the sustained recovery needed to gain and maintain access to housing, social and health services, healthy relationships, education and employment.

Hummingbird Services

In November we celebrate Indigenous Peoples Month/Native American Heritage Month. The Hibulb Cultural Center and Natural History Preserve mission is to revive, restore, protect, interpret, collect and enhance the history, traditional cultural values and spiritual beliefs of the Tulalip Tribes who are the successors in interest to the Snohomish, Snoqualmie and Skykomish tribes and other tribes and bands signatory to the Treaty of Point Elliott.The Hibulb Cultural Center is approximately 23,000 square feet with a 50-acre natural history preserve. The interactive cultural center features a main exhibit, a temporary exhibit, two classrooms, a longhouse, a research library, and gift shop. It also features fully certified collections and archaeological repository.

The staff work with families in their home and community settings to provide services that support the primary caregiver relationship and build on family strengths. All of their programs adhere to evidence-based practices and focus on incorporating opportunities for learning into everyday life, maximizing how infants and toddlers learn. Babies and toddlers are always learning! This time of early brain development can be maximized to set a strong foundation for learning.
