Human Resources Generalist
Support the day-to-day HR operations of the Co-op and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers. This position is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, training coordination, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
