Every co-op operates with a set of bylaws put into place by the Board of Trustees and the co-op’s owners. All amendments to the Bylaws must be decided upon by vote of the Co-op ownership.

Return Policy

  1.  All returns require a receipt within 7 days of purchase*

  2.  Any products returned over $5 are refunded in the form of a Gift Card
    * a benefit of co-op ownership, is receipt records! So remember to always use your ownership!

Special Order FAQ

When will I receive my Special Order?
Special Orders are usually placed a couple times a week. We can expect one week lead time on Special Order and Inquiry follow-up phone calls.

Do I have to order a case?
Special Orders are obligated to be case sizes unless otherwise specified by a manager. However - all case purchases receive 5% off! 

Can I Special Order a product that is on sale to get the sale price?

Can I pay for my order ahead of time?
It is Sno-Isle Food Co-op policy that Special Orders are NOT paid for in advanced.

Can you hold my Special Order for a while?
The co-op will only hold Special Orders for 5 business days before the product is returned.
