Who says smoothies need to be eaten with a straw? This frosty treat is rich with antioxidant loaded berries, healthy fats, and veggies! Drizzle with a creamy peanut or almond butter and dig in!


1 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/4 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
1/4 of a small avocado
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp flax seeds (optional)
1 date for sweetening (optional)
1/4 tsp maca powder (optional)

Optional Toppings:

frozen mixed berries
coconut flakes
cacao powder or nibs
peanut butter


Blend all ingredients, pour into bowl, add toppings - grab a spoon!
