Chris Tack
My 25+ years of community service includes volunteering with the Special Olympics and leading a local Cub Scout Pack. This commitment led me to the Board of Directors for the Skihawks Racing Team (a 501c3), where I practice non-profit governance, strategic planning, and fiscal stewardship.
Beyond governance, I bring a unique technology perspective from my experience volunteering on a team that developed mobile apps to connect surplus food with those in need. This project shows my ability to use technology to strengthen community and address food insecurity directly.
I am eager to bring this blend of dedicated leadership, board experience, and technical innovation to the Sno-Isle Co-op to help uphold its values and contribute to its continued success.

As an environmentalist and advocate for sustainable living, I am deeply committed to Sno-Isle Food Co-op's mission of providing ethical, locally sourced food options. The Co-op's emphasis on eco-friendly practices and community engagement resonates strongly with my values. Being part of this vibrant community has shown me the power of collective action in creating positive change.
My background as an architect, educator, and technologist equips me with valuable skills in problem-solving and systems thinking, which I'm eager to apply to the co-op's challenges and growth opportunities. I have experience working collaboratively to overcome obstacles, a crucial asset for board dynamics.
By serving on the Sno-Isle Food Co-op Board of Trustees, I aim to contribute to strengthening our community ties, expanding our environmental initiatives, and ensuring the Co-op remains a beacon in the region. Together, we can nourish both people and planet.

I'm thrilled to have this opportunity, as a more-than-a-decade long member, to help be a part of the continued growth and success of the Sno-Isle Co-op. With an extensive background in regional and national food systems, access to a mature network of grocery/CPG, food systems, and policy experts, and expertise as a food/social services/food labor policy wonk and advocate, I have a specific skill set to bring to the table to combine expertise with the rest of the board to help our Co-Op grow and prosper while continuing its mission in bringing nourishment to our community and strengthening our local food network. My passion is helping every person access good, affordable food and ensuring that they have the tools and knowledge to know how to prepare it given their specific resource set, health/dietary needs, diaspora/cultural needs to meet each person where they're at; food and joy: let's eat!
Linda Nelson
I am a current Board member running for re-election. I am passionate about the Co-op and our business model that includes supporting local goods and food and community. It is important to me that by shopping at the co-op we keep the monies here at home and less with large corporate stores. I have lived and worked in Everett for 20 years and I see the Co-op as part of the fiber of our vibrant downtown community. I want to continue my role in helping the Co-op as it helps make our community a better place to live and work. Please vote for me.
Lori Morris
As a SHRM-certified HR executive with over 20 years of experience, I’ve built inclusive, people-centered strategies across industries to drive engagement, retention, and organizational growth. My background includes leading HR modernization efforts, fostering workplace cultures rooted in trust and transparency, and guiding nonprofits and startups alike. I believe a Co-op should reflect the voices and values of its members—collaborative, equitable, and community-driven. The opportunity to serve as a Trustee aligns with my passion for people and shared ownership models that prioritize sustainability and long-term wellbeing. If elected, I will focus on strengthening member engagement, enhancing governance practices, and supporting initiatives that deepen the Co-op’s impact on our local community. My vision for the future is a thriving, resilient Co-op that remains member-led, values-aligned, and adaptable in a changing world. I serve on the board of WA State SHMR. And previously on Permaculture Woodinville.

I have worked to grow SnoIsle from before the doors were opened, from hammering nails, developing our operating policies, rewriting our bylaws, and performing several executive roles.
I helped get us through several critical times; a fire, Covid and the hiring of several of our general managers.
I believe in cooperatives, especially in ours.
We’ve grown from several hundred owners to nearly 11,000. I would like to continue supporting our growth as a member of the board.
