Love is in the air and what a better way to share the love for yourself and those special in your life with homemade aphrodisiacs and simple massage techniques. This is an 18 and up workshop and is approximately 2 hours. $10 per person and $20 per couple for materials!

You’ll learn tips and tricks to help reduce the amount of garbage you produce anywhere you go, while living a healthier, more satisfying life. Adapting a zero waste lifestyle is rewarding and economical if you do it right. Come learn how. Following the class will be a short tour of the Co-op!

Have a hankerin’ for some dangerously good eats? Join the Co-op’s own Hank Danger for a free cooking tutorial featuring simple, fresh, and delicious recipes from our deli that you can try and take home!
Overworking your muscles can cause undue stress on your joints and unwanted aches and pains for example, like sitting at a computer all day typing, doing trades work, or participating in sports. We’ll explore how to make warming salves that will help increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and simple massage techniques to apply salve to reduce pain and inflammation.
